[Urgent] Student Re-Enrollment Officer (Technology Education, Up to 18Mil/month)

Required working availability on Saturday and Sunday; Off 1.5 days on weekdays.
60% Education Consultant (Re-enrollment Cluster)
- Be responsible for monthly revenue target of re-enrollment (re-new) of students
- Conduct end of course/year reviews with parents and academic team to support re-enrollment process
- Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course by foreseeing parent concerns, problem solving issues, handling complaints within campus
40% Clients Care
- Together with Customer Service Team & Academic Management team, act as a main contact point for the Parents and students, build strong relationships with clients through weekly/monthly calls, reviews, messages and emails
- Greet and onboard new clients with a welcome call, email and instruction of DigiUni regulations for students
- Do monthly student's progress update phone call with parents
- Update parents on monthly report card, mid-term test results, end-of-course projects, results of final test & competitions, as well as sharing monthly school updates on news & past/upcoming activities
- Handle clients complaints or issues if any, promptly report to Academic Manager & Program Director to offer relevant solutions to the clients
- Interact with teachers on a daily basis to ensure student's learning progress at campus and notify parents when there are concerns
- Support Academic Manager with new and existing classes scheduling's & planning's of studying groups
- Ensure systems data compliance within campus
- Supporting general campus tasks and events
- Create a fun, safe learning environment for all students
Salary range:
Base: Up to 15,000,000 VND gross depending on experience and qualification, monthly bonus based on performance up to 3.5% of monthly revenue collected. Combined income up to 30,000,000 VND.
