Mô tả công việc
The teacher will be asked to prepare lessons following a pacing guide. Each course has outcomes, units are divided into weekly topics and the teacher will prepare these twice weekly classes.
Planning and Preparation
Teaching and delivery of lessons
Liaise with Academic Director of the Program
Write regular student reports that identify strengths and weaknesses
Marking of all homework, in-class and out-of-class activities
Marking of all summative and formative assessments throughout the academic year.
Yêu cầu
Minimum of two year's experience with Grade 7 to 9 students
U.S. Citizenship is ideal
BS or BA in Education, history, or literature is ideal
English is required and American Citizens are ideal for the position, particularly because of the historical component.
Prior knowledge of placement testing is ideal.
