Mô tả công việc
Operate UA campaigns across countries (100+ countries) and channels (Facebook, Google, Unity, Applovin, Ironsource, etc.) to manage and ensure we can scale and evaluate the games efficiently.
Create and follow A/B testings to find the best creative concepts.
Determine the right biddings with respective channels to achieve profit/ROI goals.
Work with the UA and creative team to ensure a smooth working process.
Work with the ads networks and vendors to update UA strategies and manage our UA accounts.

Yêu cầu
Have at least 4 year experience in a similar role (UA executive/ performance marketing executive)
Have experience working with puzzle games
Have a growth mindset to learn and advance.
Be independent but still a team player.
Can use English efficiently in daily communication.
Data-driven yet creative, result-oriented.
Experience in evaluating game indicators.
Good use of Appsflyer or Adjust.
Proficient in setting up campaigns on Google, Facebook, Unity, Applovin, Mintegral, Ironsource, Apple search, Tiktok...
Have experience working with puzzle games
Have a growth mindset to learn and advance.
