1. Flow Optimization:
- Based on the user journey, optimize Flow content and trigger mechanisms, as well as synergize email and SMS touchpoints to increase subscription rates and improve marketing conversions.
2. Event Planning:
- Plan relevant user events, using innovative event formats and refined operations to increase average conversion rates.
3. Member Growth and Value Mining
- Plan monthly Member Day events
- Continuously attract new members
- Reduce slow-moving product consumption by 30%
- Increase member repurchase rates
4. User Experience Optimization: Reduce negative review rates
5. Send birthday gifts to members, conduct regular follow-up visits with high-performing customers, and promote monthly member events.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in User Operations, CRM, Retention, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Beauty industry.
- Used to work in Health & Beauty brands/retailers is a plus
