Mô tả công việc
Plan and conduct user research using various methods, such as surveys, interviews, usability tests, and analytics.
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, patterns, and user personas. Generate actionable insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and marketers to inform and validate product decisions and strategies.
Create and present user research reports and deliverables to internal teams and stakeholders.
Design and implement user growth strategies and experiments, such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.
Measure and evaluate the impact of user growth initiatives and optimize them based on data and feedback.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in user research and user growth.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in user research and user growth for digital products.
Proficient in various user research methods and tools, such as Hotjar, SurveyMonkey, and UserTesting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw meaningful actionable insights from user data ...
Proven experience with conducting user research activities, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
