UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our SkyJoy Product team, the leading airline-driven loyalty program that offers seamless rewards and benefits to travelers. In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user experiences that enhance how users interact with SkyJoy's ecosystem.
As a key member of the Product team, you will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Managers, Engineers, and Business Analysts to transform business needs and user insights into impactful design solutions. Your work will directly shape SkyJoy's digital experience, ensuring a smooth and rewarding journey for our users across multiple touchpoints. Design & Prototyping
Create high-quality UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
Develop user flows and interaction models to improve usability and engagement.
Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency across all products.
Use prototypes to communicate ideas effectively within the team and to stakeholders.
User Research & Validation
Conduct usability testing, behavioral analysis, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
Gather quantitative and qualitative insights to enhance UX.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data, and business needs.
Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design in all user experiences.
Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with BAs, PMs, POs, Engineers, and Data teams to ensure seamless implementation.
Present and defend design decisions with strong storytelling and rationale.
Contribute to defining product strategy, aligning design with business goals.
Regularly test design ideas with real users, ensuring constant validation and refinement.
Additional Responsibilities
Ensure consistency across all products by maintaining design system standards.
Engage in conceptual modeling and usability testing to refine user interactions.
Proactively identify and address UX pain points based on research and industry trends.
Draft graphic visuals to serve UI needs.
Monitor UX performance metrics in production and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with marketing & branding teams to ensure design consistency across all user touchpoints.
Stay updated on industry trends and proactively introduce best practices into the design process.
Document design decisions, processes, and research findings for knowledge sharing.
Actively Participate in product testing to validate design quality, usability, and consistency.
