Executive recruitment specialist Monroe Consulting Group Vietnam is recruiting on behalf of a reputable medical devices manufacturer from US. As the business keeps developing sustainably, our client is seeking a talented engineer with at least 2 years' experience in a medical device/ pharmaceutical company, for the job of Validation Engineer. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
The Validation Engineer will be in charge the executing key quality assurance and safety initiatives on sterile medical device. This individual is expected to provide technical expertise for company's branded, OEM products, and private label in developing specifications, commercializing new products, maintaining quality of existing products, and product improvement. This role will also able to be a project manager for supplier program development, troubleshooting, and handling customer / risk management inquiries.
Reporting to: Senior Validation Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Priority is to gain a working knowledge of disposable medical device.
- Collaboration with US quality team and suppliers in identifying validating and assisting suppliers in establishing quality control systems including raw material control, running parameters, in-process control.
- Play a role as a project managers in establishing product and process validations such as IQ, OQ and PQ per ISO 11607.
- Manage and coordinate the product complaint or non-conformance issues of validation related.
- Manage supplier quality programs to assure products meet specifications
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's Degree of Science/Engineering (mechanical, chemical, electrical)
- At least 2 years experience in a medical device/ pharmaceutical company.
- Experienced in quality control, sterilization and system validations is preferred.
- Working experience in US or EU company or overseas experience is preferred.
- Experience of troubleshooting or investigation for improvement is preferred.
- Skills: communication, problem-solving, results driven.
- Basic at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude under stressful conditions, manage and complete projects independently, and be a project manager.
- Strong critical thinking skills, organizational skills, and multi-tasking skills
- Fluent in English is a must (both spoken and written)
