Giám sát hệ thống cảnh báo (Alarm), phân tích nguyên nhân bất thường và phối hợp với

- Thực hiện các thao tác khởi động, dừng, chuyển đổi chế độ vận hành và cô lập thiết bị theo đúng quy trình vận hành và yêu cầu sản xuất/Perform equipment start-up, shutdown, operational mode changes, and equipment isolation in accordance with approved operating procedures and production requirements.
- Phối hợp với nhân viên hiện trường trong quá trình kiểm tra thiết bị, bảo trì, sửa chữa, chạy thử và đưa thiết bị trở lại vận hành sau bảo trì/Coordinate with field operators during equipment inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and return-to-service activities.
- Ghi chép đầy đủ nhật ký vận hành, báo cáo giao ca, báo cáo sự cố bất thường, báo cáo vận hành hằng ngày và các hồ sơ vận hành theo quy định của nhà máy/Maintain accurate operation logs, shift handover reports, abnormal event reports, daily operation reports, and other operational records in accordance with plant requirements.
- Theo dõi xu hướng vận hành, đánh giá hiệu suất thiết bị và đề xuất các giải pháp cải tiến nhằm nâng cao độ tin cậy, hiệu quả vận hành và tối ưu chi phí/Monitor operating trends, evaluate equipment performance, and recommend improvement initiatives to enhance plant reliability, operational efficiency, and cost optimization.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận Bảo trì, Tiền xử lý, và các bộ phận liên quan nhằm đảm bảo quá trình vận hành diễn ra an toàn và hiệu quả/Coordinate with Maintenance, Waste Pretreatment Department, and other related departments to ensure safe and efficient plant operation.
- Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về An toàn, Sức khỏe nghề nghiệp, Môi trường (HSE), quy trình Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), 5S và các quy định của công ty/Strictly comply with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), Permit to Work (PTW), 5S standards, and all company policies and procedures.
- Tham gia đào tạo nội bộ, diễn tập ứng phó khẩn cấp, các chương trình cải tiến liên tục và hướng dẫn nhân viên mới khi được phân công/Participate in internal training programs, emergency response drills, continuous improvement initiatives, and provide on-the-job training to new employees when assigned.

1 Trình độ chuyên môn/ Qualification
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Nhiệt điện, Điện, Cơ khí, Tự động hóa, Điều khiển - Đo lường. / Bachelor's degree in Power Engineering,
Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation & Control.
2 Kinh nghiệm làm việc/ Working experience
- Có tối thiểu 01-03 năm kinh nghiệm vận hành tại nhà máy điện, nhà máy điện rác, nhiệt điện, sinh khối, xi măng hoặc các nhà máy công nghiệp sử dụng hệ thống DCS/ Minimum 1-3 years of operating experience in power plants, Waste-to-Energy (WTE) plants, thermal power plants, biomass plants, cement plants, or industrial facilities utilizing a Distributed Control System (DCS).
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm vận hành lò hơi, tua-bin hơi, hệ thống xử lý khí thải hoặc hệ thống xử lý nước. /Experience in boiler, steam turbine, flue gas treatment, or water treatment systems is preferred.
3 Kỹ năng/Skills
- Có khả năng phân tích, đánh giá và xử lý sự cố/Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Có khả năng làm việc theo ca và chịu được áp lực công việc/Ability to work rotating shifts and perform effectively under pressure.
