Role Description The Job Title role at Mia Saigon Luxury Boutique Hotel is a full-time, on-site position based in Vietnam. Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in hospitality or luxury service environments, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and personalized service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and respectfully with guests, colleagues, and partners.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including attention to detail and reliability in daily operations.
Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced hotel setting in Vietnam, with flexibility to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with a commitment to upholding Mia Saigon's standards of elegance, discretion, and service quality.
