You'll create impact by
Strategic Sales &
Market Planning: Drive sales volumes and identify market potential for Key Account End-users within the Construction, Real Estate, and Healthcare verticals in the North Territory.
Market Intelligence &
Reporting: Analyze market trends and customer needs while utilizing CRM tools to provide accurate forecasts and revenue reporting.
Relationship &
Network Management: Build and maintain a strategic, customer-focused network to identify mid-term investment opportunities and strengthen vertical market expertise.
Proposal &
Negotiation Leadership: Lead the preparation and negotiation of project proposals, acting as the primary commercial point of contact in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Your defining qualities
Experience: 10+ years in Business Development/KAM (Construction, Real Estate, Healthcare).
Location: Based in Hanoi with a strong North Territory network.
Languages: Proficiencies in English and Vietnamese.
Core Skills: Strategic sales planning, CRM forecasting, and market intelligence.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead complex commercial negotiations and project proposals.
