Manage development teams for company projects, focusing on English market customers.
Work closely with sales to advise, build, and deliver technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
Develop development teams that operate as a business unit, including people, costs, revenue, etc.
Demonstrate strong management skills, problem solving, and critical decision making.

Yêu cầu
Proficient in spoken and written English, 6.5 ielts or higher.
Graduated from IT major and/or have at least 5 years of experience in positions (
Developer, BrSE, BA, PM, DM, ...) in an ITO company.
Strong leadership skills: Experience in managing a team for about 2 years or more, with a team size of 10 members or more.
Experience working with English market customers.
Experience with the entire software project development process: from receiving direct requirements from customers, analyzing and discussing with stakeholders, project development, and post-development stages.
Experience with project estimation and bidding skills.
In-depth understanding of project management methods (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
