About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor who can script, shoot and edit sharp, on-brand video for every social channel, and who treats AI - especially generative AI - as part of the daily production workflow rather than an occasional tool. You will own video from idea to publish, build repeatable formats for a product-review channel, and raise both output volume and quality.
Key Responsibilities
Edit short- and long-form video for every social channel: Facebook (Page and Group), Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and YouTube, in vertical and horizontal formats.
Own video end to end: scripting, storyboarding, shooting, cutting, colour, sound, subtitles, motion graphics and thumbnail design.
Turn content ideas and messaging into video that stays on brand and on message at every touchpoint.
Shoot video in-studio and on location - framing, lighting and audio - so footage is ready before it reaches the edit.
Write video scripts and storyboards: hooks, shot lists, voiceover and on-screen copy.
Produce video that builds and grows a product-review channel - recurring formats, series and segments.
Apply generative AI across the whole video pipeline (script drafts, video generation, voice, background removal, asset creation) to shorten shoot-to-publish time and produce more variations for testing.
Manage the asset library - footage, templates and project files - and keep publishing on schedule with the content calendar.
Optimise every video for the platform it runs on: aspect ratio, length, a hook in the first three seconds, and captions.
Measure video performance (views, watch time, retention, engagement, click-through) and feed the findings into the next edit.
Requirements
Must-have
At least 1 year in video production end to end - scripting, shooting and editing - with a social-first portfolio.
Proficient in at least one professional editing suite: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut, and comfortable operating a camera and basic lighting.
A portfolio of videos you shot and edited is required in addition to the CV.
Able to write video scripts and storyboards, not only cut existing footage.
Applies AI heavily in video production, especially generative AI (video generation, voice, upscaling, auto-captioning) - real output, not claims.
Solid branding awareness: keeping brand voice and visual identity consistent on screen.
Nice-to-have
Experience producing video for a product-review channel - building its formats and series (strong plus).
Motion graphics or After Effects skills.
Experience producing video for B2B or technology products.
Able to read English documentation and tools.
