Mô tả công việc
- Plan and execute international productions, from researching topics to communicating with local teams on-the-ground to traveling with the team to facilitate the entire shoot
- Manage all aspects of complex, multi-layered productions with varying deadlines and many moving parts
- Organize each stage of pre-production, including but not limited to shooting permissions, shooting schedules, travel logistics, finding and hiring local talent, etc.
- Travel with the team for productions all around the world, ensuring smooth travel and execution of said production
- Representing the ethos of our channel through professionalism, kindness and respect for each person involved in making a production possible and the stories we are telling
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO IS OR HAS:
- Fluent English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 year of experience in video production or outbound tour operation (*bonus)
- A consummate project manager with a proven track record of being highly dependable and organized
- Ability to thrive in a highly engaging, collaborative team setting with the shared mindset of creating high-quality, honest, educational and entertaining videos
- Receptive to feedback and willingness to understand the tone and mission of our channel
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy to your work
- An experienced multi-tasker able to deliver in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and capable of managing production budget, delivering project within or under budget
