Videographer & Video Editor

Requirements

1. Educational Background

• A bachelor's degree in Film Production, Cinematography, Film and Television, Multimedia Communications, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in videography and video editing, covering both filming and post-production.
• Experience producing video content for digital platforms, including promotional videos, event recaps, and short-form social media content.
• Experience in real estate, architecture, interior design, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.

3. Skills Required

• Ability to communicate in English in day-to-day work discussions, including understanding briefs and discussing feedback.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software, with skills in color grading, audio editing, and basic motion graphics.
• Ability to operate cameras, gimbals, lighting, and audio equipment effectively.
• Strong understanding of composition and visual storytelling, with the ability to adapt videos to different platforms and brand guidelines.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to understand briefs and incorporate feedback.
• Photography, drone operation, and advanced motion graphics skills are an advantage.

4. Personalities

• Willingness to travel to project sites and cover events according to agreed schedules.
• A portfolio featuring 3-5 relevant videos, clearly specifying your role in each project, is required.
