JOB DESCRIPTION
The concierge holds a key position with a mission to delight clients throughout their stay, ensuring that every customer's holiday reaches a 100% satisfaction level in any circumstances.
Tasks:
Tasks:
- Verify all information before departure to ensure the trip meets travelers' expectations.
- Assist travel counselors in finding ideas to enhance the travelers' experience on-site.
- Be readily available for travelers on-site, addressing any requests to assist and facilitate their trip.
- Carefully follow up on all journeys before, during, and after the trip to ensure a seamless experience.
- Serve as a liaison between travelers and travel counselors.
- Update (and find) recommended restaurants, cafes, etc.
- Collaborate with different teams (sales, production, reservation, operation) to ensure the quality of services on-site.

Concierge :

WHAT WE OFFER
Working time
- 40 hours per week (8h30 - 12h & 13h30 - 17h30)
- Off on Saturday & Sunday
- 12 days of annual leave entitlement
