Work Arrangement: 100% Work From Home
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Schedule: 5 days per week
Shift: Permanent Night Shift - No shift selection
Job Responsibilities
• Provide accurate and professional Vietnamese-English interpretation between customers and relevant parties.
• Interpret conversations clearly while maintaining the original meaning, tone, and context.
• Listen attentively and communicate information accurately in both Vietnamese and English.
• Handle sensitive or confidential information professionally.
• Maintain a high standard of communication and service quality.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and performance requirements.
• Ensure a professional and distraction-free environment while working from home.
Working Hours
• 5-day work week
• 9-hour shift: 8 hours login + 1-hour break
• Permanent night shift
• Shift start times may range from 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Vietnam Time (ICT)
• No shift selection - candidates must be flexible with the assigned night shift schedule.
