Role Overview
As a Local English Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering CURIOO's integrated English + Future Skills program. You'll inspire young learners to communicate confidently in English, think creatively, and collaborate effectively - all while ensuring their academic progress aligns with Cambridge English levels (Starters, Movers, Flyers). Beyond teaching, you will engage parents after trial lessons, provide progress feedback, and support student renewals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teaching & Learning
- Deliver engaging, project-based English lessons aligned with Cambridge Starters, Movers, Flyers.
- Integrate Future Skills and social-emotional learning into lessons.
- Conduct student assessments and maintain portfolios.
2. Parent & Student Engagement
- Provide trial feedback to parents and guide enrolment decisions.
- Maintain proactive communication on student progress.
- Support renewals through trust and relationship management.
3. Academic & Studio Support
- Prepare teaching materials and visual displays.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and reports.
- Assist in customer engagement activities and studio events.
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
- Minimum IELTS 8.0 (or equivalent proficiency)
- Minimum 1 year of English teaching experience with young learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Cambridge YLE or project-based learning
