Duties and Responsibilities
Learn the principles and fundamentals of good UX content localisation tailored to Vietnam market
Review and localise content for both new and ongoing projects, ensuring alignment with local market preferences and linguistic nuances.
Provide additional support to fellow UX writers as needed, including assisting with ad-hoc localisation tasks and providing Vietnam market insights
Actively participate in Localisation team meetings and initiatives
Learn what the content creation and localisation workflow is like
Be immersed in the end-to-end content localisation process; identify and document areas of improvement and suggestions for a more efficient/effective workflow
Gain exposure to various work streams and tech families, understand the unique needs, priorities and challenges faced
Shadow your mentor: participate in discussions, attend meetings and reviews with various project stakeholders
Take part in research and user testing sessions

Qualifications
Must-haves
Undergraduate in the arts, humanities, social sciences, design, communications, marketing, or other relevant courses
A keen interest in translation and how language shapes the world and our experiences
Proficient in Google suite (Docs, Slides)
Strong English communication skills
Knowledge of design tools such as Figma or translation tools like Phrase are a plus
