JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Provide language interpretation services to facilitate communication between individuals with language barriers.
Conduct interpretation during telephone or video calls, ensuring clarity and accuracy in consecutive interpretation from English.
Process information swiftly and succinctly, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Utilize industry-specific terminology and understand relevant procedures across various sectors including Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirement:
Candidates who apply are those who have graduated from university.
Qualifications:
Strong listening, retention, and note-taking skills to ensure accuracy.
Ability to maintain neutrality, objectivity, and concentration during conversations.
Quick establishment of personal credibility.
Adherence to client instructions with precision.
Capability to explain cultural concepts to prevent miscommunication, with client permission.
Bilingual proficiency at B2 CEFR level in English and other required languages.
Remote work capability on a permanent basis.
