Key Responsibilities:
Manage E-commerce Accounts: List products, update listings, monitor inventory, and handle orders on websites/platforms.
Customer Service: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate tasks and updates with teams in the UK and China.
Social Media Management: Update and manage content on social media platforms.
Market Research and SEO: Identify trends and opportunities, and implement SEO strategies.
Video Creation: Create and edit short videos for social media using the Capcut app.
AI Tools: Utilize AI tools for content creation.
Audience Engagement: Gather feedback and engage with our audience.
Innovative Ideas: Contribute new ideas to improve our operations.
Requirements:
Strong English Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.
Positive Attitude: A proactive, can-do mindset is crucial. We value individuals who approach tasks with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly understand new concepts and tasks. Self-driven to acquire new skills and knowledge.
Good Command of Computer Skills: Proficiency with essential computer applications, especially Google Spreadsheets. Must have a high-speed internet connection.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in your work. Strong organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently.
No Prior Experience Required: Training will be provided. We welcome students and individuals from various backgrounds to apply.
