Visual Merchandiser Lead

Job Description:
Visual Merchandising Execution: Design and implement store layouts, window displays, and in-store visual presentations to align with brand identity and sales strategies.
Store Display Management: Ensure all product displays are engaging, on-brand, and regularly updated to reflect seasonal campaigns, promotions, and stock availability.
Collaboration &
Coordination: Work closely with store managers, marketing teams, and buyers to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Market &
Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with retail trends, competitor displays, and customer preferences to propose innovative display solutions.
Performance Analysis: Monitor the impact of visual merchandising on foot traffic and sales, making adjustments as needed.
Store Standards &
Compliance: Maintain a high level of store presentation and ensure compliance with company visual merchandising guidelines.
Training &
Support: Guide and train store staff on merchandising best practices and visual standards
Job Requirement:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or store display management.
Education: Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong design and aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
Knowledge of retail display techniques, materials, and store layouts.
Ability to analyze sales data and adjust displays accordingly
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) and visual planning software (preferred).
