Uncle Bills (UBL) is looking for a Visual Merchandising Executive to bring our products, campaigns, and brand standards to life across our retail stores.
Location: 214 Nguyen Van Huong, An Khanh Ward, HCMC
Working time: Friday to Saturday Morning
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Execute VM concepts, store displays, seasonal campaigns & promotional setups.
Turn VM guidelines into compelling and consistent in-store execution.
Work closely with Retail Operations, Store Managers, Sales & Marketing to deliver high-quality displays.
Manage POSM, signage, fixtures and merchandising materials from coordination to installation.
Conduct store visits, VM audits and competitor checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support new store openings, store refreshes and VM projects.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail, Trade Marketing or FMCG.
Strong execution and coordination skills with a good eye for detail, aesthetics and presentation.
Creative, proactive and hands-on - you don't just plan, you make things happen.
Good communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Illustrator/Photoshop is a plus.
Fresh graduates with strong relevant projects/internships are also welcome to apply.
