Essential Functions/ Responsibilities
Operations and Maintenance Services
- Provide technical assistance and support via phone, email , remote or onsite
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues.
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries and ensure appropriate resolution of the same
- Perform preventive maintenance of telephony systems.
- Research and providing PBX solutions
Implementing Enterprise Unified Communications.
Coordinating and working with vendors, carriers on VOIP infrastructure and trunk services.
Produce and maintain all necessary technical documentation.

1. JOB REQUIREMENT
Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT, Unified Communications or other related Engineering Field
At least 1 year of experience working in a helpdesk or technical support environment
Must be able to demonstrate a customer first approach to support
Positive, committed, customer-oriented and independent
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Highly organised and able to work on own initiative to complete the range of tasks required
Flexible and willing to work outside core business hours as required
Fresh entry level is welcome to apply as training will be provided
2. MORE INFORMATION:
Probationary period: 2 months with fully-paid salary
Age: Unlimited
Working time: Mondays - Fridays (7:45AM - 4:45PM ) & Saturdays (8:30AM- 12:00PM)
