1. Job description:
Design visual assets to support the Roastery Tour program and enhance visitors' learning experience.
Develop and format educational materials, including training manuals, presentation decks, and digital learning content for baristas.
Assist in designing presentation materials, planning documents, and other communication assets with clear and structured information.
Organize and maintain the internal library of design assets, photos, and videos to ensure accessibility and consistency across teams.
Ensure all creative outputs comply with Highlands Coffee's brand guidelines.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Coffee Education team.
Working hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; work at Roastery (Ba Ria - Vung Tau) 1 day/week (shuttle service available).
Working hours can be flexible to accommodate your class schedule.
2. Job requirements:
Final-year undergraduate or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related disciplines.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging visual content.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and receive feedback.
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Figma, motion graphics, or video editing is a plus.
