YOUR ROLEAs a Waiter/Waitress, you will provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to guests while creating a welcoming dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
Present menus, explain dishes and beverage selections, and make recommendations when appropriate.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and service areas.
Handle guest requests and concerns professionally and promptly.
Process guest bills accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and special offerings.
Follow hygiene, HACCP, and safety standards at all times.
Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations.
Support outlet setup, closing procedures, and special events when required.
COULD THIS BE YOU?Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic food and beverage knowledge is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English communication skills preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
