Provide direct service to customers dining at the restaurant, ensuring service standards and customer satisfaction

− Welcome and guide customers to clean, prepared tables; pull chairs, place updated and clean menus in front of guests, etc.
− Move and arrange tables and chairs appropriately; set up seating for groups with specific requests.
− Collaborate with the team to set up dining arrangements as required by customers (e.g., classroom style, banquet, buffet, or U-shaped layout).
− Ensure proper table settings, including napkins and clean, standardized dining tools for each guest.
− Check menus to ensure they are up-to-date, clean, comprehensive, and wrinkle- free.
− Timely and accurate
− Introduce the menu, answer customer inquiries, and take orders accurately customer service.
− Collect food and beverages from the kitchen/bar and serve them to customers
− High levels of customer promptly satisfaction.
− Maintain cleanliness in the working area and surrounding environment.
− Efficient and clean dining
− Inspect all porcelain, glassware, and silverware for quality before use setups.
− Prepare and present bills for customers following proper procedures and policies.
− Assist receptionists (when needed) with answering reservation or takeaway calls, greeting guests, arranging seating, and thanking them upon departure.
− Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and professional appearance.
− Safeguard confidential information and protect company assets.
− Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
− Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting the team to achieve shared goals, listening actively, and responding appropriately.
− Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisors.
