Mô tả công việc
Overall Role Purpose:
• To ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse, meeting all operational standards agreed upon with the customer, using DHL best practices while efficiently utilizing agreed levels of resources.
• Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager in problem-solving and troubleshooting/improvement processes.
• Ensure staff adhere to standards and strictly follow working procedures to meet KPI requirements.
Accountabilities:
Customer / Stakeholder
• Communicate with Customers and Transportation team to receive the delivery plan, process details, and lead time of orders.
• Assist in meeting performance targets.
• Ensure the handover processes for inbound stock and paperwork are functioning properly.
• Strictly manage inventory and oversee the daily reconciliation report.
Problem Complexity / Process
Supervision of Operations
• Manage operations with a deep understanding of WMS software, warehouse operations, and models.
• Plan, resource, and report on daily operations to ensure timely order deliveries to customers, dealers, and transporters.
• Monitor team members' working time and plan overtime in compliance with company policies.
• Supervise team to strictly follow operational instructions, regulations, company policies, SOPs, and WIs, ensuring the operation team fulfil operation KPIs.
• Record abnormalities in daily operations to follow up on and improve processes.
• Train WIs to Operator periodically.
• Participate in the development and improvement of operational WIs in Warehouse.
• Take the initial of report, investigate and follow up for the safety in daily operation.
• Engage and motivate team members during daily operations.
Safely and Quality Assurance
• Ensure safe working practices and environment within the shift.
• Ensure that team maintains safe procedures of work that all equipment is in good working order.
• Promptly report defects to maintenance and hygiene is kept to a high standard.
People Management
• Monitor individual performance and KPIs.
• Ensure effective communication is maintained among staff involved in Warehouse and develop good team communication at all levels.
• Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and staff commitment to achieve the objectives and targets.
• Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled and functional department.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years of operational experience in warehouse or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in Power BI being a plus.
• Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership skill
• 3-4 years of operational experience in warehouse or logistics industry.
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc.
• Strong data analysis skills, with experience in Power BI being a plus.
• Effective communication skills in both spoken and written English.
• Strong leadership skill
