Warehouse Manager

Role and Scope of the Task
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching of goods. You will lead a team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage 03 team (Receiving, Picking, and Dispatching)
1. Warehouse Operations:
- Coordinate the receiving, storage, and shipping of goods.
- Assign tasks and supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement best practices for warehouse layout and organization to maximize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
2. Supplier and delivery goods to store:
- Coordinate with Regional purchasing to receiving goods from supplier.
- Arrange truck and driver to deliveries and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Address any store inquiries or complaints regarding warehouse operations.
3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
4. Technology Utilization:
- Utilize warehouse management systems and other technology tools to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to optimize.
5. Budget Management:
- Planning productivity to build headcount.
- Monitor expenses and implement cost-saving.
