Mô tả công việc

Be responsible for Warehouse activities in plant and external warehouse, join improvement of related process and system, and participate in related project.
Responsibilities:
1. Warehouse Management
• Ensure good receives in system and physical accuracy from suppliers, daily movement internal from warehouse to production correctly in physical and system timely.
• Ensure tools & equipment safe for operating.
• Ensure raw materials and goods delivered correctly and in full quantity following FIFO rule.
• Make sure stock take is performed as guideline and the report is submitted on time.
• Coordinate with warehouse keeper and related functions to minimize the discrepancy between SAP and physical stock, close the discrepancy (if any).
2. Others
• Prepare and submit reports on time for KPIs report, Root cause Analysis and correct action.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following the company's EHS policy and requirements and report any unsafe conditions and behavior, including near miss and incident, to immediate supervisor.
• Join with Warehouse team in Regional for Improvement project.
• Other assignments if any by manager.

Yêu cầu

• Has a Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related discipline such as business administration or supply chain management.
• Min two year in similar position with working experience in warehouse and logistic operations
• Good commands of English and Computer skills (MS. Office).
• Familiar with SAP/ACCPAC or other ERP system module
• Understanding of the process and operations of warehouse. Knowledge on chemical business: production process, physical warehouse organization, transportation & distribution safety is preferred.
