Warehouse Operations Specialist

Job Purpose
Responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods in the warehouse to ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure goods are stored properly, in the correct areas, following safety and accessibility standards.
• Monitor and update inventory levels accurately using warehouse management software (WMS).
• Coordinate with relevant departments such as procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely goods movement.
• Conduct stock checks and reconcile discrepancies in inventory.
• Propose improvements for warehouse processes and layout optimization.
• Order spare goods as request from other department.
• Follow shipment of spare goods from factory to Vietnam clients.
• Receive incoming goods, verify quantity and quality against purchase orders or delivery notes.
• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Arrange and store goods in designated areas, following safety and inventory guidelines.
• Maintain proper labeling and identification of goods.
• Record stock movements accurately in the warehouse system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and assist in inventory audits.
• Prepare and pack goods for delivery as per instructions.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow all safety regulations and use protective equipment as required.
