Mô tả công việc
Be a bridge between LX Pantos Warehouse operation team and vendor's warehouse operation team. Ensure the warehouse operation team comply with Company regulation and customer's demands.
- Warehouse operation: Supervising vendor's warehouse staff, assigning workloads, conducting training, maximizing the productivity with minimum cost. Ensuring timely and accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Inventory management: Developing and maintaining inventory control procedures, minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Safety and compliance: Enforcing company safety policies, maintaining a clean and safe facility, and ensuring equipment is safely operated.
- Process improvement: Optimizing warehouse layout and procedures to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Reporting: Access to LX Pantos system. Make sure the accuracy for monthly cut off and billing.

Yêu cầu
- College or University degree
- Chinese reading and speaking is a must
- 1-2 years of experience in Warehouse. Freshers with good Chinese are acceptable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-management skills.
