Warehouse Supervisor/ Supply Chain Engineer

I. WAREHOUSE, SUPPLY CHAIN ENGINEER:
1. JOB DIMENSION
• Packaging Design and Calculation: Packaging Design and Engineering (if the calculation involves more technical engineering aspects)
• Following and enforcing the company's warehouse policies and procedures.
• Streamlining the supply and receiving procedures (emphasizes making the process more efficient and less complex)
• Problem-solving strategies (if you are referring to the methods used to solve problems)
• Check transaction daily of Finished Goods
• Check transaction daily of Component
• Maintaining and updating stock consumable
• Cycle count
• Support Warehouse supervisor in daily activities
• Supporting and following action plan and other daily tasks
2. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Responsible for the operation of works: preservation, loading, unloading and storage
• Responsible for stock control ( In & Out) according to the requirements of other departments
• Responsible for the inventory of stock monthly and quarterly
• Comply with the safety and environment policy; understand and adhere to the safety and hygiene standards in the working area
• Practice 5S methodology at the work place
• Reconcile between physical stocks and warehouse system/ERP
• Prepare reports related to stocks and warehouse
• Keep documentation of stocks issued. Oversees general operations and activities of warehouse
• Suggest opinions to improve warehouse operations
• Other ad-hoc tasks as per requested by Manager
• Propose solutions for any oppprtuinity to make progress regarding
 safety of people or good / An toàn

 cleaness of our installations / Vệ sinh
 economical performance of plant / Việc tiết kiệm trong cty

 No disruption of other departements (wrong issue, no return 100%, no pick-up 100%, label issue)
 Shipment accuracy
II. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
1. JOB DIMENSION:
• Ensure safety of operations in the warehouse department and in the plant, promote it to your collaborators
• Ensure environment preservation in warehouse department and in plant, promote this on your colloaborators
• Improve the warehouse / inventory management LEVEL of our plant
• Rise the level of safety, FIFO, 5S, in-out material control awareness and professionalism of the plant
• Manage, train and motivate the package team
• Ensure good cooperation with local team and Korean, China team
• Ensure warehouse system compliance
• Prepare and Pass audits
• Provide and report accurate data

 No overdue/unidentified material in warehouse
 No gap between the inventory management excel & actual inventory
 No near miss/accident in work areas
 Maintains inventory. Use inventory management excel. Prepares purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock for package material & production consumables.
