- Create and update the departmental organizational chart.
- Oversee and manage departmental operations.
- Develop performance evaluation criteria for the department.

- Participate in warehouse cost planning.
- Control personnel costs within the department.

Yêu cầu
* Experience Requirement:
- Over 3 years of experience in the same role, with management experience. Good english or chinese is plus
* Knowledge. Skill Requirement:
- Proficient in using basic office software and familiar with ERP systems.
* Personal Quality Requirement:
- Possess strong professional ethics, adhering to warehouse principles and standards.
- Demonstrate good team awareness, with the ability to organize and drive work effectively.
- Have substantial practical management experience and capabilities.
- Exhibit strong learning abilities and skills in staff development.
- Possess a positive thinking mindset and strong communication skills.
