Ensure efficient, safe, and accurate handling, storage, and issuance of yarn materials in compliance with internal procedures and FOB manufacturing requirements.
* Warehouse Operations
Supervise daily operations of the yarn warehouse including receiving, storing, picking, and issuing yarn to production.
Maintain proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure no expired/damaged materials are used.
* Inventory Management
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with
purchasing and production departments to ensure material availability.
Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical vs. system data.
* Team Management
Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to maintain high performance and discipline.
Ensure all operations comply with safety and 5S standards.
* Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with production, QA, and planning teams to ensure smooth operations.
Generate regular reports on stock status, material movement, and warehouse performance.
