Job Description
Position Summary
. Drive Process Engineering team
. Responsible review and approve in Work instruction(eMOI) system.
. Responsible for the product and process development.
. Train production personnel on new product and processes.
. Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
. Product& Process design development with optimize production process
. Cooperate with related department to solve production issues.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
. Good skill on the operation analysis to generate Work instruction.
. PCBA SMT/Assembly knowledge is referred
. Can use SAP system
. Identify/implement continuous improvement ideas to improve Quality, Productivity, Reduce Downtime, and Reduce Costs.
Good at software and computer skill: Autocad 2D/ MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
. Have good training skill.
. Hard working, ability in problem solving ( 4M, 5 Why, Pareto, PDCA... & independent working.
Qualifications
. Graduated University degree in Mechatronics /Electronic/electrical, industrial engineering; Mechanical Engineering.....
. At least 3-5 years of experience in process engineering in Power Supply factory.
. Can read and understand technical document/technical drawing.
