Web Developer Cum In-House IT Admin

Website & Platform Management:
Manage and update the company's website and management tools based on the Shopify platform.
Ensure the website content is accurate, up-to-date, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement design changes, add new features, and optimize user experience.
Front-End Development:
Develop and maintain the front-end of our internal CMS system for managing user data and sleep reports.
Integrate multiple functions into the CMS system, ensuring seamless usability and efficient data management.
Collaborate with the back-end development team to ensure smooth integration between front-end and back-end systems.
Office IT Management:
Manage IT-related assets, including hardware and software systems.
Install and configure applications, ensuring their proper functionality and compatibility.
Provide training and support to internal staff on the usage of tools such as Jira, Google Drive, and other IT resources.
Create and maintain IT-related training documents and guidance documents on Confluence.
Ensure data management and security protocols are followed to safeguard sensitive information.
Manage office printers and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Maintain the security of the office Wi-Fi network and implement necessary settings.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, ensuring smooth IT setup and access management.
