Company Overview
We are a Japanese software company with offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.
We mainly receive inquiries from Japanese clients regarding website design and development as well as e-commerce site development. However, until now, we have not had the internal structure to fully support these projects.
To address this, we are hiring one Web Director to strengthen our web production capabilities.
This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing both clients and production partners.
Position
Web Director (Web Direction)
【Job Description】
・You will be responsible for overall web direction and project management for website and web system development.
・Requirements definition and project discussions with clients
・Planning and structuring of websites, landing pages, and web systems
・Creation of wireframes
・Schedule and progress management
・Coordination and instruction of designers, engineers, and external production partners
・Quality control (specification checks and functional testing)
・End-to-end project management through delivery and release
Projects include corporate websites, service websites, e-commerce sites, and business web systems.

【仕事内容】
Webサイト・Webシステム制作におけるディレクション業務全般をお任せします。
・クライアントとの要件定義・ヒアリング
・Webサイト/LP/Webシステムの企画・構成設計
・ワイヤーフレーム作成
・スケジュール・進行管理
・デザイナー・エンジニア、パートナーとの連携、指示出し
・品質管理(仕様確認・動作確認)
・納品・公開までのプロジェクト管理
