Web Fullstack Engineer

Job Description
Gear Games develops iOS/Android games with high concurrent users and heavy network traffic in global markets (US, Europe, Arab). Alongside game development, we also build web-based platforms to support and enhance our gaming ecosystem.
To keep up with our growth, we are seeking a talented Web Frontend Engineer to design and optimize scalable, high-performance systems.
Your main responsibilities are:
Contribute to architectural design to ensure the scalability and efficiency of web solutions.
Implement new features as defined in the roadmap
Implement new web tools required by the game team
Enhance existing tools and features, optimizing them for better performance and usability
Debug and resolve issues to maintain seamless and stable performance
Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Job Requirement:
4+ years of experience in large-scale ReactJS applications/NodeJS/Next.JS
Good command of English
Good knowledge of JavaScript ES6/TypeScript
Solid experience in all areas of web development (HTML5, CSS3/Ant design, Bootstrap, JSON), including accessibility and security concerns
Solid experience in modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Git, Webpack, NPM)
Proficiency in Redux, Redux-Saga
Experience in using front-end testing and test runners (eg, Mocha/Chai/Jest)
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs using [protected info]
Experience integrating third-party APIs, internal services, and enterprise systems
Experience designing and implementing business workflows, approval processes, or workflow automation
Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), authentication, authorization (JWT/OAuth), and application security best practices
Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience developing reporting, dashboards, or data visualization features
Experience integrating AI/LLM services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) into business applications
Experience researching, developing, or integrating AI-powered HR chatbot and internal productivity solutions is an advantage
Experience in using LLM Coding tools (Claude Code/ Codex / etc.)
Good experience in Agile (Scrum model) development environments
Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code
Excellent in problem-solving and analytical skills
Development experience in games/ mobile games is an advantage
Proactively leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and code quality
Able to work independently and without minimum supervision
Great attitude and work ethic
Plus:
Experience in Cloud computing, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure
Experience in setting up, using, or configuring CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Git, Ansible, Jenkins, NPM,...)
Experience with GraphQL and micro frontend architecture
Prior experience in e-commerce or high-traffic consumer platforms
