Mô tả công việc
End-to-end ownership: plan and deliver complete weddings from initial inquiry to post-event close-out, managing multiple weddings in parallel.
Lead client consultations; define concept, theme, scope, and budget; prepare proposals and quotations; close service agreements.
Build and manage detailed project plans: master timelines, checklists, budgets, payment schedules, and risk/contingency plans.
Source, negotiate with, and manage vendors: venues, catering, florals/decor, photography/videography, makeup & dress, entertainment, MC, transport, and printing.
Coordinate the studio's internal teams (photo, makeup/dress, design) so studio services integrate seamlessly into each wedding.
Direct wedding-day operations on site: run-of-show, vendor call times, setup supervision, ceremony cueing, and real-time problem solving.
Manage budgets rigorously: track actuals vs. plan, control costs, process vendor payments, and report profitability per project.
Handle traditional ceremony elements (Vietnamese and Korean customs) and destination/cross-cultural weddings when required.
Build vendor networks and negotiate annual partner rates; maintain a vendor quality scorecard.
Lead, train, and develop planning assistants/coordinators; set service standards and SOPs.
Own client satisfaction: manage expectations, resolve complaints, and secure reviews and referrals.
