Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Welding Engineer (Manufacturing,$1050, ID 21548):
Establish, review, and validate Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS/PQR) while directing technical operations to ensure alignment with international project quality requirements.
Review and interpret intricate technical design drawings to establish optimal joint design and welding configurations.
Maintain rigorous oversight over workshop welding operations, proactively identifying and resolving defects, distortion, or quality deviations.
Ensure strict adherence to the welding quality management system across heavy fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Yêu cầu
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture/Shipbuilding, or a related engineering domain.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Welding Engineer or Quality Inspector within the heavy industrial manufacturing sector.
Technical Competencies: Strong proficiency in interpreting complex structural welding blueprints and executing weld quality control protocols.
Standard Familiarity: Solid knowledge and practical application of international codes such as AWS D1.1, ASME IX, or ISO 15614.
Professional Certification: Active certification in CSWIP 3.1/3.2, CWI, or equivalent internationally recognized inspection credentials is preferred.
Good at English.
