- Support Sous Chef to run the day to day the Western station.
- Assist Sous Chef in all food preparation areas including banquets, room service, restaurants, bar/lounge and associate cafeteria to ensure a consistent, high quality food products.
- Cooking, deliver on the job training to the team
- Cooperate with Sous Chef/ Executive Sous Chef in Planning and implementation for short term and long term strategies to improve guests' satisfaction of food quality to enhance food and beverage and promotion revenues.
- Participates in training the Restaurant and Catering staff on menu items including ingredients, preparation methods and unique tastes. Operates and maintains all department equipment and reports malfunctions. Assists with an effective kitchen equipment repair and maintenance program.
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years' experiences in a position in an international hotel.
- English communication
