WHS Manager Regent Garment Factory (Hai Duong Old)

This position is responsible for supervising overall warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing raw materials and loading finished goods, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and safety in daily warehouse activities. This role is crucial in driving continuous process improvements and reports directly to the WHS Senior Manager.
Main Responsibilities
• Stock Level Management
• Plan manpower and space for receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
• Check quantity and specifications of received materials against packing lists or delivery notes.
• Maintain safe, ergonomic and orderly storage conditions.
• Issue the correct materials and quantities to relevant departments without delay.
• Supervise loading and dispatch of finished goods.
• Build warehouse team capability and succession plans.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work with relevant departments (PDN, PPC, MER, SHP, IE, MM, QA, etc.,) to track and follow up material status, supporting smooth production flow.
• Foresee the requirements of warehouse base on production status.
