Production Planning & Execution
Coordinate all production resources including Man, Machine, Material, Method, and Environment based on annual plans, monthly PMC schedules, and specific customer requirements.
Supervise daily operations across all workshops and production lines, proactively detecting and resolving any production anomalies such as equipment failure, quality issues, or material shortages.
Productivity & Process Optimization
Build and optimize production data statistics and monitoring systems to ensure all corporate performance indicators and targets are achieved.
Plan and enhance production capacity, promote automation upgrades, and improve overall manufacturing competitiveness.
Lean Manufacturing & Cost Control
Promote Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives extensively to optimize production processes and minimize operational waste.
Maintain strict control over production costs and oversee on-site quality management to ensure consistent output.
Team Leadership & Management
Manage the local workforce, including team building and developing succession planning for key positions.
Arrange and manage overtime schedules during peak seasons in strict compliance with labor regulations.

Education & Qualifications
College Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
Experience & Knowledge
Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in operational management within a manufacturing environment.
Prior experience working in labor-intensive manufacturing enterprises is highly preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S management systems, on-site improvements, and value stream analysis.
Skills & Competencies
Fluent in both Vietnamese and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Excellent systematic thinking, result-oriented mindset, and ability to manage operations under high pressure.
Personality & Attitude
Male candidate, aged 40 or under.
Proactive, decisive, and capable of managing teams effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
