🤖 What you will do
- Monitor the work of part-time collaborators to meet defined standards and deadlines.
- Review content topic and content channel for compliance with the product's community guidelines and terms of service to ensure content qualified demand.
- Assist in content quality & quantity control workflow.
- Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.
- Report & data analysis on content moderation on a daily/weekly basis.
👾 What you will need
Qualification
- Bachelor (collaborator level) or junior/senior year in university (internship level) active user and keen interest in video products.
- Having experience in BPO/content moderation and content analysis is preferred.
- Familiar with local regulations, Vietnamese culture terms in particular reviewing video content is preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or PowerPoint.
- Have good sense and standards for high quality content.
Working skills
- Problem-solving, critical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high tempo environment, respond to day-to-day challenges and quick adaption to the changes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
