Mô tả công việc
- Campaign execution: in-app & CRM: Own the in-app channel end to end for your campaigns (banners, widgets, webviews, push notifications and automated user journeys).
- Creative production: Work with cross-teams including content writers, designers to adapt key visuals across campaign angles. Keep creative quality high and launch on time.
- Promotion & rewards operations: Build and launch reward programs (vouchers, missions, cashback, seasonal lucky-money campaigns) on the Promotion & Rewards platforms. Work with the CS team to make sure every user gets a smooth reward experience.
- Growth analytics & experiments:
- Track growth KPIs and promotion performance, dig into user behavior, and bring insights that help the team optimize programs and spend smarter.
- Help design and track A/B tests on communication and promotion mechanics. Help turn the results into better campaigns.
- Run user surveys and market and competitor research, then turn findings into insights that feed marketing and product decisions.

Job Requirements
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy in execution.
- Analytical mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or basic data tools and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, responsible and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM, push notification or marketing automation tools.
- Understanding of growth marketing concepts (funnel, retention, referral, A/B testing) and interest in the fintech industry.
- Strong interest in AI, with hands-on experience or a willingness to explore AI tools to improve productivity and work quality (e.g. content creation, data analysis, research).
