- Experience : Minimum 1year supervisor experience in Front Office operation
- Certification : Certification in Front Office operation (preferred but not required)
- Introduce the Show and Sell tickets to Walk-in guests.
- Manage/Support check-in counter for the Show Dates and control audiences situation inside the auditorium.
- Ensures compliance with all Front Office policies, standards and procedures
- Minimum 5 years experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Retail Supervisor
- Ability to operate Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
- Remarkable experience in front office and reservations
