* Responsibilities:
◦ The Technical PreSales Engineer will play a pivotal role as the primary technical sales expert within our sales team. Your key responsibilities will include identifying customer challenges and aligning them with Rikkei solutions. You'll serve as a product and industry authority, adeptly presenting and demonstrating our solutions while advocating for our vision and methodology. Building trust with our customers and partners will be central to advancing the sales process.
◦ The ideal candidate should have strong experience in consulting and developing in domains such as e◦ commerce, Retail, and Finance, ... We are particularly interested in candidates based in Hanoi, Vietnam, who are proficient in English as either a primary or secondary language.
* Key Responsibilities include
◦ Work with the Rikkeisoft sales team as well as partners to drive Enterprise business.
◦ Manage partner/customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy◦ in.
◦ Build partner/customer confidence and awareness in our products/solutions.
◦ Present at Conferences and Seminars.
Yêu cầu
◦ At least 8 years of experience in Consulting/ Developing or Technical Sales
◦ Engineering in the IT industry.
◦ Excellent track record in developing new business and explaining technology and products to customers/partners
◦ Strong presentation and application demo skills
◦ You are a self◦ motivated individual who recognizes and effectively addresses customer pain points.
◦ Passionate and always keeping up to date with technology advancement
◦ Experienced AWS / Azure Solution Architect is a plus
