Mô tả công việc
► Responsibilities:
- To support department of company in checking contracts
- To consult and support department of company in resolving legal matters arising during their activities
- To support/ be in charge of litigation cases
- Legal support, being a window person. Coordinator between departments of the company and law firm for important matters of the company
- To make plan/ support other works of legal team, such as: legal training for departments of the company, auditing the compliance of Rules for Contract Management of the company
- To supervise, train, guide and support other legal team member during their jobs
- To connect with legal team members to know their common difficulties during their jobs
- To support other legal matters of the company
- Other works as assigned by Legal Manager
Yêu cầu
► Requirements:
- Graduated from university, major in Laws
- At least 8-year experience in legal area, prefer candidates having management experience
- Leadership/ Team management skill
- Problem solving skill
- Good command of English (writing, speaking, listening and reading)
- Good communication and business-support mind, logical thinking, proactive
- Ability to work independently as well as work in team
