Mô tả công việc
Prospect for potential customers in account using both direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking
Qualify the deals against company criteria
Consult with client representatives about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of possible solutions with associated costs/benefits
Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge to be able to engage in meaningful conversations with prospects
Create and deliver engaging presentations to clients' senior managers and decision makers
Draft and deliver sales proposals
Work with technical staff and product specialists if necessary to address customer requirements
Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for the company to deliver values, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales
Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions
Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods
Work with delivery teams to proactively address problems and escalations
Cultivate strong relationships with third parties and partners that may be required to deliver full solutions to the client
Provide feedback to sales management on how to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace
Help Delivery teams (Onsite in Korea and Offshore in Vietnam) in knowledge transition
Yêu cầu
Minimum of 3 year of Sales, BD experience (ICT and Global IT Outsourcing/ Offshoring is plus)
Have Korean at least Topik 5 or equivalent
Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (to win deals)
Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice◦ breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance)
Hard - working and self - accountable
Must have excellent cross culture communication skills and ability to be a cultural interpreter helping Korean customers and Offshore be on the same page and work smoothly
Overall experience should include
business development, contract negotiation, making effective presentations, creating collaterals, presentations and POC's for specific problem statements of customers
Good to have:
- Experience working/living in culture Korea environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position
