05 Business Development Executive (Foreign Language: English / Japanese / Chinese / Korean)

1. Take care and maintain traditional customers.
1.1. Receiving and processing orders
- Receive customer information
- Exchange of parts to plan production, delivery
1.2. Monitor and urge the contract implementation process, support delivery
- Carrying out the procedures for delivery, invoicing and customer checking product delivery quality.
- Receive and handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time ....
1.3. Carry out the liquidation of contracts, support the accounting department to recover debts.
1.4. Manage customer records and implement customer care plans
- Prepare customer management records.
- Schedule and perform customer care periodically every month / quarter / year.
- Catching up the activities and financial situation of the customers under their management
2. Search and develop potential customers
- Plan to find customers information, develop information channels / methods to reach customers, domestic and export markets.
- Receive information and requests from customers. Contact, answer, advice on quality, product prices for customers.
- Make a list of potential customers, propose specific work plans.
- Coordinate with relevant units / individuals to offer and participate in negotiating and promoting contract signing.
3. Implement the reporting tasks, supplement and update general knowledge and perform other tasks as required by the Director and directly managed.
- Periodically report on the direct manager and leader on the results of regional business operations, customer management.
- Implement planning and reporting periodic work with the Direct Manager.
- Perform other tasks according to the functions and requirements of the Direct Manager.
